Gorgi Coghlan has lived a big life in her 46 years. Best known for her ten-year stint as co-host of The Project, Gorgi has had a long on-screen career as presenter, host and reporter on a variety of television shows, has a Bachelor of Science, was a secondary school teacher, and is a classically trained singer and accomplished on-stage performer. As if that wasn’t enough, she’s also a former State-level equestrian competitor, and owns a boutique pub and restaurant in Ballarat, where she now lives on a farm with her husband and young daughter.
Having recently stepped down from her position on The Project to pursue a new dream, we can’t wait to see what this incredible woman does next.

Join Shelley for episode #6 of The Aging Project Podcast, as she chats to Gorgi about:
• The mantras that keep her chasing her dreams without fear
• The beauty of authenticity
• The importance of identifying and sharing our moments of joy
• Why she shares her vulnerability so openly on social media
• How manifesting her dreams has shaped her incredible life and career
• How a relationship breakdown became the catalyst for a whole new approach to life
• How she uses a vision board to create the life she wants
• The morning and evening routines that she swears by
• The importance of knowing and communicating your boundaries
• Her plans for the future
