As a Clinical Nutritionist at You Must Try It Lynsey engages with women every day, listening to their firsthand experiences of grappling with health challenges during menopause.

We understand the desperation for guidance and solutions. We also recognise one-on-one appointments can be costly, so our aim with this session is to provide every woman with the advice and support they need to navigate and embrace their menopausal journey confidently.

Lynsey is deeply passionate about sharing knowledge to inspire and support others on their path to vibrant lifetime health
