What is The Aging Project

We’re a community founded on the belief that aging well ‘doesn’t just happen’ and ‘it’s not easy’. We all want to thrive in the second chapter of life and we exist to help you do just that. We’re all about giving you the knowledge, tools, support and connections to embrace life 2.0.

Through our ground-breaking podcast for women hosted by Shelley Craft, events, programs, social media channels, we help women re-imagine their future and offer much needed support and community to manifest that vision, and make it happen. For women to feel healthier, happier and more connected.

Co-Founder of The Aging Project and You Must Try It.

Shelley has brought both brands to life with her magnetic ‘feel-good’ energy, authentic hosting style and business know-how. Her unwavering ‘let’s do it’ attitude, combined with her manifesting ‘believe and you shall receive’ motto, has injected both brands with the passion and confidence to dream bigger. Shelley is on a mission to live 120 healthy and happy years, and we’re convinced she’ll do just that!

Meet Amanda

Amanda is the driving force and ‘ideas’ lady who loves to ‘manifest’. A stay at home mum for 10+ years to podcast producer, online course creator and YMTI e-commence store owner, Amanda believes we can learn anything, at any age. Amanda is a qualified workplace life coach, trainer, facilitator and self-development junkie committed to improving her life and health – one step at a time.

Meet Lynsey

Clinical Nutrition and Wellness Guru.

Lynsey brings 15 years experience as a clinical nutritionist, and a genuine desire to help. Her near-death experience brought clarity to her life purpose – which is to use her extensive knowledge to transform the life-time health of EVERYONE she meets. Lynsey is the ‘real-deal’, she’s a cold-water plunger, sauna and sunrise lover, as well as a biochemistry and genetics geek. And we LOVE her for all of it! With Lynsey’s help, together we’ll create our best-ever health.
