As this is a self-paced program you can begin at any time that’s convenient for you. You can start today. Alternatively kick off, as a community, at one of the advertised dates.

When you login to our program portal you will find our program, and step by step videos and program downloads.

As soon as you register and pay, you will be sent an email with your login for the 14 day program, so you can get started!

Our friends at Xali offer inspiring workouts for all fitness levels, from the comfort and convenience of your home. No matter where you are in your fitness journey, they have you covered. You can bend to your body’s needs with yoga or smash the day with boxing, it’s all there waiting for you. You choose.

Inside the 14 day program we will show you how to access Xali, including the website and login, available for 3 months.
